MAK 10 Sample Gas Coolers / Conditioning Systems

 

MAK10s are refrigerated and thermoelectric coolers for highest demands of sample gas quality.  With optional components (pre-separator, filter, flowmeter, acid dosage, humidity sensor, sample gas pump) you can upgrade MAK10 sample gas coolers to complete integrated sample gas conditioning systems. The flexible, modular design ensures optimal compatibility to all analysis systems. The innovative heat exchanger technology (PTFE/PVDF) guarantees the lowest possible gas dissolution rate.  Both the permanent separation of the condensate from the gas phase, as well as the shorter contact time of the gas in the system, play important roles. BCR Sample Gas Coolers

 

BCRs are the allround talents among refrigerated coolers. They are installed in all applications where pure coolers are needed without additional conditioning equipment.  BCR sample gas coolers can be optionally equipped with PVDF-, glass- and/or stainless-steel-heat-exchangers. Thus BCR sample gas coolers can cool down nearly every gaseous medium. The coolers are also very suitable for high gas flow rates and extreme high inlet temperatures. MAK 6 / MAK 8 Sample Gas Coolers

 


The MAK6/MAK8 series are long-standing proven and robust refrigerated coolers. MAK6/MAK8 are pure coolers without any accessory. They are  opionally equipped with PVDF-, glass- and/or stainless-steel-heat-exchangers and can cool down nearly every gaseous medium. The coolers are also suitable for high gas flow rates and extreme high inlet temperatures. The MAK6/MAK8 series was rolled-out in year 1995 and is still available within the scope of our special plant manufaction. In existing applications you can do an easy and quick 1:1 exchange of the cooler without any adjustment of your analysis system. [more ...]
