UV Spectroscopy

UV Spectroscopy

UV / VIS spectrophotometry is a chemical analysis technique in which the concentration of a particular substance is determined in a sample to be analyzed to measure. By the absorption of visible light (VIS = visible), or by ultraviolet light (UV-light)

Some chemical compounds have the property that they absorb light of a particular wavelength of the spectrum. The concentration of such a compound in a mixture can be determined by the examination of monochromatic light of the appropriate wavelength, the absorbance (also called optical density)

IMAC offers UV Spectroscopy of Hemera Instruments. Hemera developed an innovative technology that covers a wide range of applications and meets applicable standards. Our range of products is declined into process liquid and gas, air and environmental water analysers to suit your application
